Cancellation Administration Fee: All cancellations are subject to a £15.00 administration fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund due, where applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. Where a refund is applicable, a £15.00 non-refundable administration fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Airport Pick-Up Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all airport pick-up services. A booking will only be deemed confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Heathrow Terminal Transfers: A £25.00 additional charge per pick-up or drop-off will apply where a journey requires an additional transfer between Heathrow Airport (LHR) terminals. This charge will be added to the applicable booking fare.
Estate & MPV Bookings – Payment & Amendments: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Estate and MPV services. Any request to amend a booking made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to availability and operational requirements. Where the requested amendment cannot be accommodated, the booking may be cancelled and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
Residential & Business Pick-Ups – Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is provided for all pick-ups from residential and business addresses. Following the complimentary period, a waiting charge of £15.00 per 30 minutes, or part thereof, will apply. Any applicable waiting charges will be added to the total fare.
Airport Collection & Complimentary Waiting Time
For all airport collection services, a complimentary waiting period of up to 1 hour from the actual flight landing time is included in the booking price. Our chauffeur will monitor the flight and, where applicable, adjust the scheduled collection time accordingly.
Once the complimentary 1-hour waiting period has elapsed, a waiting charge of £30.00 per hour, or part thereof, will apply. Any airport parking charges incurred after the complimentary waiting period will also be payable by the customer.
Passengers are kindly requested to proceed to the designated meeting point as soon as reasonably practicable after landing and collecting their luggage, in order to minimise any additional waiting time and associated charges.
Unsociable Hours Surcharge: A £20.00 unsociable hours surcharge will apply to any booking where the scheduled pick-up time or drop-off time falls between 22:00 and 05:00 am (inclusive). The surcharge will apply automatically and will form part of the total fare payable by the customer. By confirming a booking that falls within these hours, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable surcharge.
Additional Stops: Any additional stop requested after the journey has commenced will be subject to an additional charge. The charge will be calculated according to the additional time, mileage and any associated costs incurred in accommodating the request. Additional stops are subject to the chauffeur’s discretion and operational requirements
Festive Period Surcharges: Due to the exceptional operating requirements during the festive period, the following charges will apply:
- Christmas Eve (24 December), Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January): The applicable booking fare will be charged at 200% of the standard fare (double the booking price).
- Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December): A £80.00 festive period surcharge will be added to the applicable booking fare.
These charges apply to all bookings travelling on the specified dates and will form part of the total amount payable by the customer.
