If you’re booking is cancelled between 12-24 hours prior to your scheduled time of collection/arrival then 50% of the full fare will still be charged.
Minibus bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior to travel: 100% of the value
of the booking must be paid.
For all airport pick ups, payment is required at the time of booking.
For all MPV bookings, payment is required at the time of booking.
Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for all residential/business buildings pick ups. After that £15 per 30 min is charged.
Airport pick-ups have a free waiting time up to 1 hour after flight lands!
Airport pick up charge exceeding time limit is £30 per hour plus car park fee!
Unsociable hours surcharge for journeys that start or finish between 22:30pm and 05:00am
a fee of £20.00 will be added to any fare.
Additional charge will be incurred if extra stop is requested once the journey’s commenced.
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year Day double price of the booking. December 26 and 31 extra charge £60 is applied.
